On March 25th, the Anhui Provincial Labor Union released the recommended list of the 2024 National May Day Labor Award and the National Worker Pioneer Award. Wang Xuefeng, an employee of Weineng Electric Company, was awarded the National May Day Labor Medal.

Wang Xuefeng graduated from the Technical School of Wuhu Shipyard in Anhui Province and joined the company in 2014, where he has been working as a crane operator. In his work, Wang Xuefeng always maintains a dedicated and hardworking attitude, studying and researching processing techniques diligently, and prioritizing processing quality.

He has repeatedly innovated processing techniques and methods, proposed small changes and technological innovations in the processing and clamping methods of large parts. Focusing on the problems discovered during the production process, he has come up with solutions and used his brain to improve the quality and efficiency of processing, ensuring the manufacturing quality of the company's large motors.In 2019, Wang Xuefeng won the honorary title of "skilled craftsman" in the labor skills competition in the County Economic Development Zone. In 2020 and 2021, he won the title of "production pacesetter" of the company consecutively. In 2022, he was awarded the title of "post technical expert" by the company, and won the annual labor competition exemplary individual.
