Automatic continuous vacuum impregnation equipment use vacuum impregnation process,including pre-dring,cooling,vacuum paint dipping,

lacquer trickling in the impregnation raceway and turn into drying process until the stator with winding is drying, it uses the vacuum to delevop the penetration of paint and improve the quality of dipping paint.The process also improves the heat-conducting and insulation property, electric and mechanical strength for the winding.Besides, it also has many advantages such as mass production, high degree of automation,little pollution to environment.
