During the meeting, the quality department reported on the quality performance of the outsourcing enterprises, the process department put forward requirements on the process execution, and the minister of the production and manufacturing department affirmed the conscientious execution of the delivery plan by the outsourcing factories and pointed out that quality issues need to be managed together.

Each department spoke successively, focusing on the development and design of new motors, the consistency of product appearance quality and the enhancement of quality management. The company would continuously increase investment in technological improvement, further standardize management requirements and promote efficient operation of the enterprise.

After that, the representatives of the outside enterprises expressed that they were excited by the rapid development of Wannan Motor and would turn it into a driving force to move forward in the future work, change their concepts, further improve quality awareness, enhance management, do a good job in process training and follow the company's pace with enthusiasm and confidence.

General manager Chen Xuefeng requested that the industry status and market demand of Wannan Motor put forward higher requirements on the quality of our products, especially we need to have good appearance quality to match it. At present, there is still room for improvement in our products, and the cluster enterprises should strengthen communication with each other to improve the ability to analyses and solve problems together. The general manager also put forward requirements for the safety and environmental protection of the cluster enterprises.

Finally, Chairman Chen Genxi made an important speech. The chairman pointed out that process execution cannot be allowed to be sloppy, and we have to continuously improve the quality of products on the basis of maintaining the stability of product quality and through the application of new equipment and new technology.
